Terms and Conditions for Knife Sharpening Services
Thank you for choosing our knife sharpening services! By dropping off your knives and tools, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Description: We specialize in sharpening knives, scissors, axes, Hedge Shears, Pruners Shear, and Loppers made of metal or stainless steel. You understand that such services will alter the condition of your goods which could include, but not limited to: aesthetic and cosmetic changes such as scratches to metal, wood, plastic or other materials; changes in overall geometry or shape, thickness, weight, length. We do not sharpen serrated knives or ceramic knives. Additionally, we do not offer any repair services at this time. 2. Drop-Off Requirements: To help us provide you with the best possible service, we require our customers to fill out a Drop off Form, submit contact information upon drop off. We also require our customers to sanitize knives and tools prior to drop off. If we received your goods that require services beyond basic edge sharpening with no or unclear instructions, or the servicing form was not submitted or filled out properly it will be delayed .By providing your contact information required for service, you allow Sharp Hawk service llc to contact you regarding our services, your goods, and payment. 3. Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of pick-up. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, Major credit cards, Google pay, Apple Pay, and cryptocurrencies include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Usdc, Matic, XRP Algorand. Get a 20% discount when you pay with SHS token. The buyer agrees to pay the amount due in full at the time, or on time completion of services, unless otherwise specified. Cancellation, Either party may cancel this agreement with written notice to the other party. If canceled by the customer, Sharp Hawk service llc may charge a cancellation fee based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. Unpaid service is subject to being abandoned by the customer if not claimed within 90 days Sharp Hawk service llc will consider the property abandoned and has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such products in any way it chooses. 4. Refund: Not satisfied you will have 7 days after picking up to report by email and/or by phone 714 326-2673 email sharphawkservice@gmail.com. We can redo the service to your satisfaction, or full refunds at the amount was paid for. If Cryptocurrency returned by the same cryptocurrency as was paid for. For Example, you paid amount Btc .0005368, you will get back Btc .0005368. Not in Included transaction fees are not nonrefundable. And any price value fluctuation, Exact amount of ordinally was paid for cryptocurrency. Not Included PRICE value change, or any transaction fees are not nonrefundable Same does with all cryptocurrencies. Shiping cost is not refundable 5. Liability: We strive to provide top-notch service but cannot be held liable for any injuries or damage resulting from the use of our sharpened knives and tools. Shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the services provided. Warning sharp edges, blade handle with care If not will result in unfortunately injury. You must declare prior to service if any of the tools you are submitting for service are structurally damaged in order to prevent injury to the service provider, or which may negatively affect the service process (eg. loose handles, cracked blades, etc). The sharpening of the very edge of your bladed goods. Any damage to the edge, such as chips, that would be required to be repaired for proper edge sharpening, will incur additional costs unless otherwise noted, all other service options are also charged as an additional service in addition to the edge sharpening service. Timeframe: Our turn-around time is usually 1-2 business days for normal volume, although during peak seasons there may be some delay. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays. Shall not be held liable for any delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control. 7. Shiping: Mail in service shipping comes with insurance coverage and Tracking Number. Once I have sharpened your items, I will calculate the total amount and send an online invoice to your e-mail. The cost of shipping, tracking number, insurance will be included in this amount. For local delivery a $10 fee. IF you're paying with #SHS token there is NO discount on shipping fee. 8. Pickup: It is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve their knives and tools within 30 days of being notified of their completion. In the event that no pickup is arranged, we reserve the right to dispose of the items. Sharp Hawk service LLC is not responsible for items left unclaimed after 90 days. 9. We are not responsible for your lost in crypto. 10. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers. By dropping off your knives and tools, you agree to these terms and conditions.
