Service Policy

We are committed to providing excellent service to our customers. We specialize in sharpening knives, Scissors, Axes, Hedge shears, Pruners shears, Loppers, and more. Made of Steel or stainless steel.

Drop off 
​​
​We require our customers to fill out the Drop off form. Includes Name, phone number, and email. We will be calling and email you when it is ready for pickup. Also we expected our customers to bring knives and tools through sanitizing before dropping it off. Can use the UPS store at the address provided for dropping off your knives and tools, Must put them in the box. At this locating 13681 Newport Ave. Ste 8-339 Tustin, CA 92780.

Shipping and Delivery Information

If you don’t live near me, I can still sharpen your knives so that you too can experience using expertly sharpened knives.  I will sharpen your knives and invoice you within 2-3 days of receiving them. Once you pay, I will promptly send your knives back to you. 
if a customer wishes to pay shipping and tracking both ways. We will grant it with no problem. just for lower 48 state and only in the USA.
Delivery​
For B2B we are offering local pick-up and delivery or we come to you at your location within Tustin area only. With a minimum of $60 purchase. For local delivery a $10 fee

Hours and Holidays 
​
Open on Monday to Friday, time may vary from part time hours. We will close all National holidays, and we will post it on our website in a timely manner. Includes New year eve, New year day, President day, Memorial day, Labor day, Columbus day, Veterans day, Thanksgiving day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas day, Day after Christmas.
